  • 2 Nights minimum on weekends during July & August.
  • 3 Nights minimum on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends.

  • There is a $5.00 per night holiday weekend surcharge.

  • Reservations: One night deposit is required. Your deposit will hold your site until 9:00PM of your scheduled date of arrival. 13 days notice of cancellation prior to arrival date required for refund of deposit less a $10.00 per RV processing fee. Deposits may be made by Visa, MasterCard or money order. Confirmations require a stamped self-addressed envelope.

  • No refunds for early departure or due to inclement weather.

  • Rates subject to change without notice. No vicious breeds of dogs. You must clean up after your pet. Keep it on a short leash and do not leave unattended. No motorcycles, skateboards, scooters or ATV's allowed to be operated in the campground. Bicycles may only be used in designated areas. 10 miles per hour speed limit for motorized vehicles and bicycles.

  • No Tenters.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Campsites: Check-in after 1:00PM – Check-Out before Noon. If site is unoccupied, campers may arrive as early as noon without additional charge.
Cabins: Check-in after 3:00PM – Check-out before 2:00PM. Early arrival will be accommodated if unit is available. Late departure is only permitted if unit is available.
No check-ins before 10:00AM or after 9:00PM.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
Camping near New York City at Black Bear Campground

From the North, South & East: Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) to Exit 16, then Route 17 West to Exit 126. Left at light onto Route 94 South. Take Route 94 South for 3 miles to the light at the junction of Routes 94 and 17A. Turn left onto Routes 94 West / 17A South, go ½ of a mile to the next light, and turn right onto County Rte 41. Follow CR 41 about 1½ miles to Campground entrance.

From the West: Take Route 17 East to Exit 124. Turn left at the traffic light onto Route 17A. Follow 17A for 5 miles and turn right onto County Route 41. Follow CR 41 about 1 ½ miles to Campground entrance.
